Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services, we strictly do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for any Weekly, Monthly, or custom subscription plans once payment has been processed and access has been granted.

Account drawdowns, trading losses, or personal dissatisfaction with market conditions are not valid grounds for a refund. You are solely responsible for your own trading capital and risk management.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future billing charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain VIP access to the dashboard and signal channels until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.
Any illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes filed through your bank or credit card provider will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account, Telegram ID, and IP address from all Timkays Funded services.
